SHOPPING at MANAWAfashion.com

Access the items in our SHOPPING menu and find the color you like. 

Once you have your favorite items in your shopping basket, click on them to place your order. Do not wait too long, because much-in-demand items may go out of stock even though they are in your shopping basket.

Choose the address where you want your items to be sent. Next, choose a payment method and click on ‘Confirm payment’. As simple as that!

You do not have to be registered to shop at MANAWAfashion.com, however, if you register you can save your credit card details and speed up the process of your future purchases.

Check your e-mail, where you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. Track the status of your order on our website, and if you have any queries, ask us!

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose between various payment methods:

DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners. Payments with debit cards will be charged in real-time.

PAYPAL

To pay via PayPal, select this payment method and click on 'Confirm payment'. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.

REVOLUT

To pay via Revolut APP or online by credit card, select the Manual payment method where you can see the link for this payment method, and click on 'Confirm payment'. You will not be charge on the website as you will be paying on the link of Revolut payment. Then you receive an email with the confirmation. 

SECURITY

For MANAWA Fashion, the security of online purchases is fundamental. All transactions are performed through secure payment systems. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly in an encrypted format (SSL) to the entity. 

We have SSL certificates and safety certificates for online transactions: Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express Safekey.

SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES 

Delivery rates and times vary according to the type of delivery.

Enter your home or work address when making your purchase and we will send the order to the address of your choice.

YOU SHOULD ALSO BE AWARE THAT...

During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal. When your order leaves our warehouses, after order confirmation once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified, we will send you an e-mail. Please note that all orders are subject to verification.

THE ITEMS RECEIVED ARE INCORRECT OR ARE DEFECTIVE

If you have received an item that is defective or different from the one purchased, we will refund these items (excluding shipping cost) as soon as we receive them at our warehouses and inspect the condition of the garments. Restrictions may apply.

To process the return, you must complete the returns note found online.

RETURNS BY MAIL

You have up to 14 days from the date of dispatch of your order to exchange it only in case if the item is defective or different from the one purchased or request a return by post. Remember, MANAWA Fashion is not responsible for the cost of this type of return or any other related costs.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

  • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached, and with the original packaging.

  • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that in the case of returns by mail, MANAWA Fashion will not pay the delivery or return charges.

 

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 3 and 12 business days from the reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by mail, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the proportional part of the original delivery costs.

The postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.

In these cases, returns or exchanges must be returned via Standard, Ground, or Regular shipping methods. Please remember to include the receipt for the delivery costs of the refund.

Note that MANAWA Fashion will not reimburse the proportional part of the delivery costs incurred when returning the merchandise via Express, Overnight, or 2 Day Shipping.
